We are very excited to welcome Nick Molony on board to head up the launch of our long-awaited food service operations at Rivermen Whitewater. Nick brings with him over 30 years of restaurant experience and is just as passionate about creating delicious foods as Rivermen Whitewater is about Adventure and Discovery.
Nick's past accomplishments involve opening, managing and creating menus for dining establishments ranging from casual fare to upscale cuisine. They include Ruth's Chris Steak House, premier independent restaurants; Malibu on Maryland, Jack Shipps, and Blue Heron at Geist Lake to name a few. |
Breakfast - See Menu
Our all-new breakfast Buffet will feature fresh fruit, an array of breads, bagels, muffins and danishes, sausage gravy with buttermilk biscuits, ham, bacon and sausage, tasty egg dishes, pancakes with syrup, breakfast potatoes and fried apples. Selections of juices and of course a great cup of coffee will also be served.
Dinner - See Menu
Our traditional Pig Roast every Saturday night will
continue with a little twist. We have added BBQ Chicken
and BBQ Pork to accompany our West Virginia smoked whole
pig. You'll find and assortment of salads such as tomatoes
with vidalia onions and blue cheese, crisp romaine lettuce
topped with raspberry vinaigrette, creamy homemade coleslaw,
and german potato salad just to name a few. And we haven't
skimped on the sides either. Look for seasonal grilled
vegetables, baked beans, roasted potatoes, and Nick's
famous Three Cheese Macaroni. Fresh berry cobblers will
top off the meal, always served piping hot.
Relax and Have Some Fun at the Lost Paddle Lodge!
After a satisfying dinner you can head to the Lost Paddle Lodge where there will be live music or DJ every Saturday night. Kick back and take in a few whitewater rafting videos, play pool, swap river stories with your friends and have a blast.
